Who I work with

Many of the people I work with have spent years managing high-pressure careers, difficult relationships, or simply getting on with it, before reaching a point where that's no longer enough.

I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, particularly when these difficulties are longstanding, complex, or haven't fully resolved with shorter-term support. A little about me

I'm Melissa — a registered psychologist in Brookvale with a background in corporate leadership and experience across some of Australia's most complex clinical settings. I bring a direct, warm, and unpretentious approach to therapy. Before I became a psychologist, I had a whole other career, which has given me a broad understanding of the many different paths people have walked before arriving in therapy.
